1. Information we handle
BuildFast processes information you provide when creating an account, joining a workspace, adding leads, creating tasks, recording notes, or connecting a sales channel. This can include names, contact details, conversation history, follow-up commitments, and workspace membership information.
We also receive basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as browser type, device information, request logs, and authentication events.
2. How we use information
We use this information to:
- Provide and maintain your BuildFast workspace.
- Organize lead activity and generate sales recommendations.
- Prepare drafts and actions that your team can review.
- Protect accounts, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems.
- Improve product reliability and understand feature usage.
3. AI-assisted features
BuildFast may send relevant workspace context to configured AI providers to generate summaries, recommendations, or draft responses. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed before it is used. Customer-facing commitments require human approval in the product workflows that support them.
4. Connected services and providers
We use service providers for essential functions such as authentication, hosting, databases, and AI processing. When you connect a third-party channel such as WhatsApp, information is also processed according to that provider's terms and privacy policy. We only share information as needed to operate the service, follow your instructions, comply with law, or protect users and BuildFast.
5. Retention and security
We retain information while it is needed to provide the service, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices
You can update much of your workspace information inside BuildFast. Workspace owners control member access and connected channels. You may also request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by using the options listed on our Support page.
7. Children's privacy
BuildFast is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product changes. We will revise the date above and provide additional notice when a change materially affects how information is handled.
