1. Accepting these terms
By accessing or using BuildFast, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use BuildFast for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organization.
2. Accounts and workspaces
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting access to your account, and promptly reporting unauthorized use. Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for managing members, roles, connected channels, and the information added by their teams.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use BuildFast to:
- Break the law or violate another person's rights.
- Send spam, deceptive messages, or unauthorized communications.
- Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the service.
- Access another workspace or account without permission.
- Reverse engineer or misuse the service except where law permits.
4. Your data
You retain ownership of the information you submit to BuildFast. You grant us permission to host, process, transmit, and display that information only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions to add customer and lead information.
5. AI output and human review
Recommendations, summaries, and drafts may be generated using artificial intelligence. Output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular situation. You are responsible for reviewing output and for decisions or communications made using it. BuildFast is not legal, financial, or professional advice.
6. Third-party services
Connected services such as authentication providers, WhatsApp, and AI providers are governed by their own terms. BuildFast is not responsible for third-party availability, policy changes, or actions outside our control.
7. Service changes and availability
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features. Early-access and beta features may be incomplete and may change without notice. We work to keep BuildFast reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using BuildFast at any time. We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to prevent harm, investigate abuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, BuildFast is provided “as is” and without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. BuildFast will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
10. Changes and questions
